This egg is executed in Faberge style. It is covered by colored enamel and decorated with faux jewels. Preserving Faberge’s traditions, the egg has a surprise inside - a miniature model of the Isaac’s Cathedral (Saint Petersburg). Located in the heart of Saint Petersburg, Isaac’s Square - one of the oldest in the city. The center of the ensemble is Isaac’s Cathedral, built in 1818-1858, from Monferran’s architectural designs. Even now, its monumentality and enormous size fascinate people from around the globe. The Cathedral can fit up to 13,000 visitors at the same time.
